Concept Set's "JB"?

Looking at the so very affordable concept set and the description says the bridge pickup is A2, but it's also the pickup that eventually became the JB *moment of prayer to the holy pickup that gave us decades of great music*

So I'm wonder if the bridge pickup is basically a JB with an A2? Has anyone tried it? How does it compare to a good old JB?

I'd get a second-hand JazzN and JB and change the magnets myself, using an A3 for the JazzN, only to have a "better" mid-position tone than the one given by the A5/A2 combo.
