Cool Rails Neck vs. Bridge output and tone

Duncan lists the Cool Rails Neck pu as being lower output than the bridge, but the tone chart shows the Neck version to have more mids. That is not what is usual, all other things being the same except for DC resistance. What gives? Does the Neck version really have more mids than the Bridge version, even with a lower output?

i havent compared the cool rails neck model in the bridge to the cool rails bridge model but id be surprised if the neck was thicker sounding than the bridge in the same position, as you said that would be unusual

If its the bar charts or the tone readings that you are going by.....well, let us just say they are a very unreliable guide since the website redesign (not that it was that accurate before either).
