Cool Rails Neck with Jb Jr in a TELE ???

Yes.. i think about that configuration but i have doubts..

I have a Jb Jr in a Telecaster.. Cannot find a good pickup to match with Jb in Tele pickup section.. only pickup without hum is Vintage Rhytm stack and i need a pup without hum but sounding modern..

The pickups which i think ;

1-Cool Rails
2-Duckbucker

Duckbucker is also on my mind but i am not sure about poles... if the poles will fit in a tele or not.. Rails are advantage in that case..

any thoughts?...

What changes in overall tone when i use 500k tone poti instead of 250k?
