Cool rails VS Little '59

OK, well, I just sold my hot rails neck pickup to vinterland, and now i'm lookin for a new neck pickup for my EBMM, specifically the little 59 or the cool rails.

Could anybody relate their experiences with either pickup?

I thought the Lil 59 was smooth and warm. Maybe even more so than the full size.

The Cool Rails is unique. A level of "spank" and "punch" that I haven't heard in any other Duncan at this point. I filled my Strat with them.

Love it.

But thats just me.

In my completely unbiased opinion, I say get a CR. LesStrat loves it in his mid position.

I've also never had a lil 59, but I have a cool rails in the neck position of my Peavey. I love it. I was afraid it would have too much bass, but it's not bad once you get it adjusted properly. I get some killer clean rhythm tones and it's pretty good dirty, too.
