Correct reataching of pup cloth??

I had to take the cloth off of a stock HB to trace wires and I was wondering what was the best way to reatach it?

Hey Tyler; Is that on that Stag Mag I sold you? If so, I already had it off and on once already. I'm not sure how many times it will peel off, then stick back on again. If need be, I'll buy some from Ampage, or somewhere and send it to you.

Were you able to sort out the problem you had?

Just remember, if that doesn't work out for you, I'll happily take it back, and re-imburse you for shipping. I don't want you to have something that you aren't happy with. ;)

btw - That "mod" I was telling you about, to balance the split and full modes, I'll be doing today.

Hopefully, I'll know how it turns out before the day is over. ;)

This pup is off of my old Electra. I still am trying a few different things with that one from you. I will keep in touch.

To answer your original question - the "cloth" is just tape. You just wrap it around the pup. If the glue is dried up, or worn off, I imagine you'ld need to get new tape.

I suppose you could reglue it, but I'll leave that to the "restorers".
