Could this work?

Let's say you have a HSH stratocaster, could you have the guitar wired so the bridge pickup is going to a volume knob, with a push-pull killswitch, which goes straight to the input. Also, a triple shot mount wouldn't hurt! The other two pickups are wired to a 5-way switch (null, middle, middle and neck, neck, null) with both having a tone control. The neck pickup would also have triple shot mounting system. Lastly, the output would be stereo, so the bridge pickup remains pure while the other two pickups have a bunch of tonal combinations. Using a stereo to mono cable (if they exist) could easily feed the guitar into one amp, while a stereo cable could feed the guitar into 2 amps, having even more tonal options.

Is there anything wrong this idea, or could it work?

Just kidding :D

Ok, so do you want the kill switch to kill the whole thing or just the bridge pickup?

Or do you want to be able to kill everything except the bridge pickup (i.e. pull the knob and whatever the 5-way is doing is cancelled and all power is diverted to the bridge)?

If the 5-way has 2 null options (1 and 5) then you don't need a kill switch, just flip to either end.

After reading my thing again, i realized i forgot to specify that there would be 2 volume knobs and 1 tone. The bridge pickup is connected to the first volume and the kill switch push-pull kill switch kills just that pickup. The other tone and volume would be for the other two pickups. I want to have a workhouse strat with keeping it looking like any other HSH strat, so 3 knobs and a 5 way switch is the maximum hardware i was thinking. Then i realized i could throw in the triple shots and have the guitar even more tonal options. A piezo bridge wouldnt hurt :scratchch

Also the output should be stereo (bridge for one, neck and middle for the other), so i can quickly switch amps or clean to gain channels straight from the guitar, or add a little bit more volume to a solo. Also, some pretty cool effects could be used.

I have no clue how to calculate all the different setting, but i got 146 (must be wrong, seems way too high). All of those sounds a basic look was pretty much what i was going for, and i think i got it.
