some love it some hate it. I personally love mine but have hated any other one i have tried. All the other ones i have tried had really buzzy sounding gain but the one i have is nice and crunchy. I still think i just got a rare good sounding one compared to all the others. That being said play thru it for a while and decide for yourself if you like it or not. As far as reliabilty i have had mine for two years and haven't had a problem with it and it gets played at least an hour everyday.
