Crybaby Always On? Bypass Issues

Something is up with my crybaby, when active it sounds amazing as always. But when I try to bypass it, its still on but the volume is considerably lower. I took a look inside, and it looks alright? Anyone has any idea whats going on, and how to troubleshoot?

Cycle the switch a few times with your finger, see if the switch is only partially engaging. If that sounds the same, you may need to replace the switch.
