How long does it usually take for the Duncan Custom Shop to reply? I've sent two emails over two weeks and not heard back.

I'm looking for a four-string version of their Basslines Passive Phase II NYC Soapbar with a few other tweaks, and just wanting a price quote at the moment so I can compare them to Powerbuckers.

I ordered a few weeks ago. I emailed to describe what I wanted, then followed up with a call.

I do that because the email gives MJ something to refer to, and I also review to make sure I've covered everything in writing.

Although I got my last order promptly, I'd remind folks that this is the time of year that they start preparing for the NAMM show in January.
