Custom Build Hiwatt Head Project !

Hi! I'm currently on the project to build my own replica of an Hiwatt DR103.... so, if anydody would give me some tips or some advices, it will be very appreciated. If anybody has try to build one, tell me about the result. I'm also interested to buy some original Hiwatt parts, so......

Cool project. Might take a while to find a lot of original parts though. Are you willing to substitute?

Yeah, Thames will help me to find some High Quality replacement part to complete my project.

Joe ... check with Rid https://forum.seymourduncan.com/member.php?u=37 , I believe he knows quite a bit about Hiwatts. Not to mention I believe he works around guitar electronics (doesn't he work for Carl Martin?) so I believe he may be of some assistance.

Important advice: If you have no idea of what you´re doing, don´t do it.

I dunno if you´re "ube savvy" or not, but if not be informed that working on a tube amp can , and if you make the right mistake (of which there are a few), it´s Game Over.

In other words: Try not to kill yourself if you know what you´re doing, and read a LOT about the subject if you aren´t 100% sure
