Custom Built Guitar?

I'm Thinking of building or have a custom guitar built. I want a hollow or semi-hollow body. I looking for clear jazz sound. wonted to see if anyone has advice about what woods to use, Pickups, and hardware.

I've been looking at Warmoth and USA Custom Guitars. Are either of them any good or is there another company you'd recommend.

how about a semi hollow or all hollow mahogany body mahogany neck with a sitka spurce top
i'd put in 2 nice alnico 2 humbuckers and prob a piezo bridge to get you those nice acoustic/plus electric tones
