How much does it cost to get a guitar made, custom , with a detailed paint job, somthing like this
-Charvel neck,
-Seymour duncan Emg pick ups
-werid custom paintjob heh
-Floyd Rose
-Strat Style body made out of a really nice wood, i cant think of any nice woods

How much would sumthin like that cost?

NOT CHEAP!, when i looked at custom guitars i had a very simple design in mind, and no flashy paintjob or anything and i was looking at between £800-£1700. So with some nice pups a floydrose and custom paintjob i guess you would be looking at around 2K.

I'd say you're lookin at something close to 600 bucks. At least that's what I'd charge, since you're wanting a custom paintjob.

id be saying around 800+

when i was trying to figure out a warmoth, i was looking at pretty much a standard strat, with a few mods for my liking, and it was under 1K, but again it was rather frugal. going all out would cost a bit more...

It depends what you want and who's doing it. You could find someone who practices guitar building as a hobby and get it done for relatively cheap. You could also go to Jackson or Fender and it would cost much much more. It all depends on what your priorities are. Certain appointments cost more money, as well. EMGs are more expensive than Duncans.... Name-brand bridges and tremolos cost more than knockoffs... etc, etc. You get the picture.

one of the guys here got a custom jackson made
fully scalloped fretboard, adrenalize finish (with painted emg's), some kick ass tremolo and it cost him a bit over $3k .. having a guitar made for YOU and for YOU alone will cost you a pretty penny

So in other words, it wont be cheap or near cheap, 3000$ is about that, im guessing, i wasnt looking at buying one, i love my guitar ill wait till i make soem money off gigs to even wanna start making custom stuff,

I got a custom made Tele done for under $1000. Hand carved swampash body with custom contours, Warmoth neck, Rio Grande pickups, Barden compensated brass bridge, ElectroSocket jack, etc, etc. Nice guitar, it's feather light and plays like a dream.

it depends on what exactly you want.....the price range varies incredible...

well, it's going to come easier if you will strictly do it yourself. you're going to pay for the parts and save the assembly, but its quality depends on you

if you order it from fender, jackson, esp or any other well known guitar makers, you're going to pay through the nose, but you'll have 100% what you want, quality assembly and a truly unique guitar

Yep, That was me.
And yes, the price was on the wrong side of 3K.

i think that the most expensive would be those seymour duncan EMG pickups. Those are really rare!!!

Seriously, I think that you could put this all together for about $1400 from warmoth. the only thing is that custom paintjob would be, at best, some sort of sunburst or something. Graphics and stuff won't fit in that budget.

So all it really depends on is what i want it to have, and it would cost around 1000-2000 dollars?
