What do you think of an Alnico 3 magnet telecaster pickup set with steel pole pieces? The Neck pickup has 41 Gauge Wire, coil tapped around 5k-5.5k, & full output around 9.5k-10k. The Bridge pickup has 43 Gauge Wire, coil tapped around 5.5k-6k, & full output around 11.5k-12k.

Looks like the OP is describing a pickup with stud poles and an underslung magnet. The construction would be similar to G&L ASAT Classic pickups but with an A3 bar magnet rather than a ceramic.

What do you think of the Bridge pickup having Steel Slug Screws and the Neck pickup having Gibson Steel Pole Pieces?
