Sorry I forgot to get back to this. The pedal board is not bad. He only used 3/4" plywood for the side panels, and 1/2" everywhere else. If I had known that I probably would have asked him to use 3/4" everywhere. It's not a big deal though. I'm going to cut some 2x6's to add some support in the middle and on the side where my crybaby is since that pedal takes some pressure to turn it on and off. But the birch plywood is good quality, and he glued all of the joints as well as screwed them. The next step for me is to cover it in a carpet material of some sort, mount a power module underneath, and mount the pedals on top and start connecting everything. I probably won't get to it for a month or so as my girl and I are saving some money right now, but I'll post pictures of the project once I start working on it.
My buddy at work said the vertical 2x12 cabinet he bought was great. He's already put tolex, speakers, and wired it up.
So I would recommend this maker if you're looking for custom cabinets and/or a custom wood pedal board. He's very nice to deal with, and made everything within a week.
