Custom Tele/Deluxe Build - Need Pup Suggestions

Thanks in advance for the help!

I ordered parts to build a tele deluxe with gibson sized buckers. Body is light weight swamp ash, maple neck with rosewood board.

Was hoping to get some advice or hear your experience on what pups to put in it. I need a bridge pup that is well balance, can handle a drop D tuning, and handle a healthy amount of gain an stay articulate almost with some "honk"....

For neck I am considering the jazz sh-2. Was guessing to go with 500k pots all around.

Seriously, a JB has HONK, will sound good in drop D chugging, and is articulate.

It's almost like Seymour Duncan designed it specifically to rock in the bridge position of a Tele...

That sounds like winner to me! Thanks ImmortalSix. I've read a number of reviews on the JB in various settings, such as Strats and SGs but wasn't sure bout this application.
