Damn Ebay sellers

I got a bass pod off of ebay to play my bass through my PA at home. The seller had perfect feedback, he shipped fast and kept me in the loop with the tracking number and everything. Well, the pod came today, and it looks brand new.:) I got my PA ready, grabbed my bass, plugged in my cables, and then when I go to turn on the pod the damn power adaptor doesn't fit. The plug is too big. I tried about 5 other power supplies I had and none of them fit either. I sent the guy an email of course, and hopefully he'll fix it, but this kind of thing is really frusterating. The pod power adaptor is $25+ shipping from line 6 and they aren't any cheaper on ebay. What the hell happened to the original adaptor, and why didn't he plug in this adaptor to see if it worked before he mailed it. :banghead: :angryfire

Settle down....he probably just shipped you the wrong power supply.

Give him the chance to make it right before you give into your ADHD and go buying stuff from all over.

yeah man, mistakes happen and in the realm of mistakes, this is a pretty minor one. Did I tell you about the time I ordered pickups from Musician's Friend and they sent me a ten pack of strings? yeah. $150 strings! I had to send the strings back before they would even send my pickups to me...jerks.

I'm not really mad, I was just dissapointed because I wanted to play the bass pod, and I am kind of OCD so I always check and double check.

$150 strings, LOL. I remember a thread on here from years ago about musicians friend sending someone a $700 guitar instead of the $300 one he had ordered, so maybe in the future they'll send you some pickups instead of strings, or maybe even an LP or PRS or something.:)
