Dating Mesa/Boogie

I just bought a Mesa/Boogie Studio .22+ and I was wondering how to tell what year it was manufactured. I've searched the web trying to find info on this amp but I can't seem to find anything. Also, I was wondering if Mesa still builds amps by hand, and if not when did they stop? Thanks in advance for helping a Mesa newb

To get the year, phone the factory and they'll help you out.

I'm not sure what year they switched, but Mesa PCBs are now machine soldered and hand assembled. The PCB rolls under a machine that sticks all the small electronics (not the trannys) on it and solders it. Mesa employees place the PC board in the chassis, and assemble it from that point on.
