dave mustaine livewire review

well,i went to sam ash and tried out a ltd dv-8 with the new d.mustaine pu's.they had overtones and bite all over the place,but they didnt seem as hot as emg-81's.the covers also looked great with the black dv-8.Did anyone else try thrm yet?

Judging from Dave's relation with craptallica I can imagine how he would want his pickups to sound the exact opposite of what the 81s sound like/are like so no surprise that they're not as hot.
