OK - so I traded a few guitars in and turned them into this used Jackson and a some cash....

Its not new. Used. Definitely used! In perfect shape though. And, most importantly, the Gross Count of guitars has decreased. Less is not more, it is less.

Really love the pickups. Harmonics just jump out of it. Wired all in series, 5 way switch. No splits. Be loud.

Yeah - but applying the net reduction in guitars clause, especially for something I'll play, allows this to occur.

I have been GASing for a Jackson, but every time I play one in the music store, I do not completely click with it. They are always nice guitars; there is just something missing that I can not put my finger on. I will probably keep looking. Love your new girl.

I'm not big on Jacksons, but newer Charvels are da bomb.

I am two for two on budget Jacksons. My Nuclear Orange axe, and this one both are just awesome.

SLX DX. Same as mine except 2 hum buckers pretty much.

Taxi is an SL1X at ~800. Nuclear is a JS32 Dinky at ~300

I picked up a Jackson JS32 Dinky (The Nuclear Orange one) for 21 bucks + a couple of unfinished projects. The guitar is just freaking awesome. Probably one of my top 3-4 "Pick up and play" go to axes.

Since then I have played a bunch of the budget-mid line Jacksons. Every one has been pretty awesome. I failed to pull the trigger on a couple of the SL1X's - a matching one in Orange and a Slime Green one. So when I got sick of answering Craigslist guys with stupid questions, I just found a used one at GC and made trades for the guitar + cash back to me.

Been playing it like a Mofo since I got it.

I need to make a better recording of it. That was through a "live" EQ'd amp - BMT 3/7/7 as opposed to a more music room solo appropriate 5/4/6...
