Can anyone notice any huge difference in tone between the quarter pound for jazz bass and the quarter pound for precision bass??

The difference in tone will be the same as that of a regular precision and jazz pickup except that they will be beefed up versions of both. There are too many other variables for them to sound EXACTLY the same.
