Dime 59 schem

I cant for the life of me find a schematic for a single wired 59 in the neck with a Dimebucker in the bridge for a 5-way. I know the 59 cant be split and I dont care i just want this thing to work cause ive tried guessing how to wired it to long now. Please someone show the way to the schematic or tell me how I can rig this up.

to clarify:
2 humbuckers (1 only has one lead), 1-2 tone, 1 volume, 5way

Just ignore the red/white going to the right side of the switch.
