Dive Bombs and Harmonics!? HELP

OK so i bought a new ESP and it has a low profile licensed Floyd.

im having a blast dive bombing...but i always get so much noise from the other strings.


and how do i get Pinch Harmonics high on the fretboard to really ring out? (SUSTAIN!!!!!!!)

and (last one i promise) how do i dive and whammy natural harmonics without any excess noise? HELP

and is Eruption really that hard?

left hand muting is the key to cleann whammyed harmonics. When you play the harmonic you only need a single finger to do, so with one or more of the others you're free to mute those strings you don't want to hear while playing the harmonic. That's just general advise on what to do, how to do it depends on what finger you're using.

Loser beat me to it. With the finger you are using to fret whatever string you are fretting, you can mute the other higher strings. And with your index finger, you can mute all the lower strings. Or if you're dive-bombing an unfretted (open, I guess) string, which is rare but possible, you'll have to be creative with how you mute the other strings.
