DIY solution, when you don't have a 4 conductor quick connect cable

In case anyone finds themselves in a similar situation, here is one solution that works:

I didn't have a 2nd 4 conductor quick connect cable on-hand for the 2nd of 2 EMG humbuckers I want to install, so I cannibalized 2 spare EMG quick connects meant for potentiometer connections.

It actually works out nicely that EMG designed the middle of the 5 pins on the pup itself to be the bare wire pin, so when you use their 3 pin potentiometer quick connect, the middle wire of that 3 pin also happens to be a ground wire sheathing type.

My multimeter shows that the DIY cable is working as it should. The readings match up to the measurements I took from the pup prior using the 1 bonafide 4 conductor quick connect that i have on-hand.
