Do I need a trembucker if I'm putting a JB in a Strat?

I'm planning on putting a JB in a 1990 American Fat Strat. Do I need to get a Trembucker specifically? I've put Trembuckers in all my Jacksons and love them...the spacing seems to really make a noticeable difference in the Floyd Rose, but I wasn't certain on the Strat.

Any thoughts?

It helps to have a trembucker, but it isn't completely necessary. Low E response is better with a trembucker.
