DO Trem-spaced pickups no longer come with the matte finish mounting ring?

I ordered a couple of sets of Floor Shop Custom pickups and the seller is saying they don't have mounting rings with them. Every TB-x pickup I have ever bought (production TB series as well as Shop Floor Custom pickups came with the trem spaced mounting ring. What's the deal?

As far as I can remember my JB TB-4 didn't come with one when I ordered it this past Christmas, but my Jazz did.

I really do not remember if I have ever gotten a mounting ring with any of my TB's. I've bought a CC, Jazz, JB and Alnico II Pro all as TB's but I have always used the mounting rings I already had on the guitars.

How recent? I bought a TB-4 and TB-6 around April-May, and they both came with the pickup ring.
