Ive got a strat hm with the recessed bridge and a kramer with a floating bridge

Aren't recessed and floating the same?

Yeah, I guess they are...but my hm wont pull back but only dives ,to where my floyd on my kramer goes both. Is the tremsetter easy to use???

I like the feel of a floating vibrato, however I got tired of having to retune the guitar during band practice since if the AC kicks in or it gets hot the guitar can detune and you have to scramble around with the fine tuners - as soon as you have one string in tune the others are de-tuning. So for me I have the Floyd decked with just enough tension that I can do county unison bends with it staying in tune.
