Came across this video when I first thought about getting one.
It is just over 20 minutes and the guitarist runs thorough the setting.

I've been using one since when they came out last year. I found them to be pretty intuitive, and only needed to consult the manual maybe once or twice. Once you save your preset it doesn't matter where the knobs are. Your preset will stay the same. As soon as you move the knobs the values will shift. They'll only affect your preset if you save it again.

I have one. What are you confused about?
If you ignore the looper, the controls are exactly the same as any other delay. Presets are just like a car stereo: click to select, hold down to set.
