Does anyone know what pickups he's using?

I am of course referring to the Doof Warrior from Mad Max Fury Road.

Now they LOOK like simple strat pickups but I don't think it's that simple. I'm noticing there isn't very much noise coming from his rig so I suspect they might be stacked, but the hum might just be drowned out by the percussion section and the war party's engines of righteousness. They definitely sound hotter than the typical singles. For the Bass half of it I am completely lost unfortunately. Let me know what you guys think.

I'm thinking there is no correlation between the guitar on the soundtrack and the one in the film. It wouldn't matter what pickups are in it, it's a prop. It probably doesn't even work except to shoot rocket fire.

Charlie Christian single for that brutal crunch and the blackouts modular preamp. Don't forget the high octane gasoline.
