Does anyone know when greenbacks started coming from China?

Got a chance to get a white 1997 anniversary cabinet, but the speakers aren't original. I want to put the original UK greenbacks in it, but I don't know how to tell the difference. Can you guys hit me up with some clues to check for? Happy Easter also! And if you celebrate any other holidays, happy that holiday too!
