Does Fender glue the magnet rods in plastic bobbin pups?

So I really dont like these plastic bobbin strat pups in my classic series strat.
So I tried to push the magnets flat by removing the guard and pushing them flat but they will not budge at all.
Ive done this befor without a problem did they start glueing tge magnets in place?

I don't think you're supposed to push those in. Aren't the magnets in direct contact with the wire in Fender-style single coils? You might break the windings, AFAIK:

if they have molded plastic bobbins the wire usually doesnt actually touch the magnets, theres a tiny bit of plastic between them. if you have vintage construction, then yes, the wire is wrapped directly around the magnets. dont try to push those, you can easily break the inner coil windings leaving the pup dead

They are plastic bobbin. Like the older Amr Standard pups. The same bobbins.
I dunno they wont budge so looks like im stuck with um till I change um.

Ok take the cover off
Turn the pickup upside down on top of the cover

This will leave a gap under the bobbin for the magnet to slide into

Be careful

Don't beat on them with a hammer
