No It doesn't!!! :yell:
At least my P-90 vintage set it isn't RW/RP
. But it is possible to make one of the pickups RW/RP once you have bought it.
1) You have to swich the ground and the hot connetion
2) Slightly loose the screw of the bottom plate so you can access the magnets
3) Flip the both magnets
4) Tight the screws again
I've done this myself and it is pretty easy, expecialy it you have experience soldering.

Duncan DOES offer a RW/RP p-90 for the neck position...maybe it's not the vintage set...but they do offer it.

I recommend this very highly for sets of P90's that are not humcancelling, but wanted to add a caveat: it is very easy to get the magnets mixed up. I will mark the outside of each bar magnet and then flip it over so that the mark is now on the inside (next to the keeper). You might also want to check the polarity of each magnet with a compass (the needle will be attracted to the North pole of the magnet).
One thing interesting about the two bar magnets in a P90 is that they are arranged so that the like poles are together. So that forces the keeper and the adjustment screws to be of the opposite polarity. If you ever get a chance to look at the magnetic field of a P90 it is a real trip! :dance:
Having a humcancelling set of P90's helps with the problem of them not being humbucking. If noise is an issue you can always use both pickups together to cut the hum.
