Does the Mooer Eleclady have this problem too ? (not volume drop)

Hello everyone !
I have a Dooner 'Jet Convolution' flanger pedal, and it has a problem.
When the color knob is turned all the way up (or even almost all the way up), there is a jet sound, even when the pedal is off !
So I wanted to ask the people who has the Mooer Eleclady, does it have the same problem ?

I know that some modulations pedals tend to bleed even when off. My MXR M234 does this, and I've come across phasers doing the same in amp sims I've used. But that's still more a slight nuiscance than a full on effect, and can be remedied witha noise gate. That example you posted is on the extreme end of things, I don't think it's supposed to be doing that.

The Donner and Mooer are exactly the same pedal. I have an AA brand which is the same as well.
The color knob is best left at center.

Which is why there's a MIJ Boss HF-2 velcro'd in the spot it used to be in!

So the Mooer pedal has the same problem for sure ?
Because I want to buy one to replace the Donner, unless it has the same problem...

Just pulled mine out and gave it a try. It's there in the background when it's switched off.
The question is ...why would you max the color knob...ever?
When you do that with it on it is just a huge screaming mess unless your into that.
If you want that heavy jet sweep get a MXR Flanger.

You're right, I'm not going to max the color knob, but I would still prefer getting a pedal that never does that noise...
