I almost strated fights at SD last time I made a post about this.

As long as they are philips head it doesn't make me too nuts but slotted screws make me nuts!!!

When I used to have long hair, I shot one of those springs into my hair one time, and it took just as long to untangle it from my locks as it did to put it back in the guitar! LOL A true Spinal Tap moment!

I'm pretty good at it now. I use one hand to hold the screw and spring like I'm holding a syringe, feed it into the hole, then reposition my hand to start turning it.
I use my left hand to cup the area in case the spring goes flying.
