Does this exist?

I'm in the market for a new pedal board but the only thing that as stopped me from getting a new one is that on my current board, SKB PS-45 it has an internal effects loop. Is there a pedal that will let me have to signal paths within the board but only one output to the amp?
If it helps my signal path is
Loop 1
Return -> tuner -> Boss RC50 -> Send
Loop 2
PS-45 output -> DL4 -> Whammy -> RT20 -> Mastotron -> PS-45 Input

Edit: Both loops need to be able to run at the same time too.

A Boss NS-2 does this sort of thing. It has a loop and it's a noise suppressor.

Thanks guys! It's looking like I'll probably grab the NS-2 just because it's so much cheaper than the rest. And I'll try my best to keep you guys updated on the pedal board I have to buy 1 more pedal before I start planning out the boards set up.
