How about a section in the Relative Minor key? A Minor.

Move between Am and Bm a few times. Shift up to Em. Drop down to Dm. Dm back into your first C Major theme.

cool tune. good title as it reminded me of a sort of warped lullaby. i love songs like this. personally, i'd just add some keys behind it and some whispery (a la my bloody valentine) type vocals. i'm not thinking drums when i hear this, but that's just my $0.02.

Do you have some sort of melody line for it. If not , think up one and see where that takes you. A melody may help you find progress, and more chords.
