Double cream?

Hi all, new here.

Is it true that Dimarzio holds a patent on double cream pickups? If so, that is the dumbest thing I have ever heard. Next Ferrari will patent red cars. So how do I go about getting a Custom Custom in double cream?

Its not a patent, its a trademark. Still dumb, but easier to slide by the authorities. I believe you can order a CC with a cover with double creams underneath.

Yeah, if you specify, dealers will sell a covered double cream with the covers loosely soldered.

go to Black Rose Customs site, and email them about getting the CC with the covers loosely soldered.....they should be able to help you out bro
