Does anyone know if Duncan 59's will fit in the Ibanez S series guitars being that they have the long mounting legs ????????

If you're buying new, you can order them with short legs at no extra cost.

If you're buying used, yes, they fit. AFAIK, the S series are pretty standard thickness at the middle of the body, which is where the pickup routes are. Burstbuckers fit my RG no problems. As long is as it's one of the S series that has pickup rings and the pickups are not direct-mounted, I'm sure there will be no problem.

The standard legs should fit fine. But if you are ordering them anyway, order them with short legs and 4 conductor cable if you want to eventually experiment with series/split/parallel options.

Thanks guys , I was wondering because I already have a set and was thinking of trying something different with them and my new Ibanez...

If you find that they don't fit, it isn't difficult to replace the baseplate with the short legged version.
