Duncan order issue

Hi all,


I hope you can shed some light on an issue I’m having. I just ordered a retribution 7 string set today and I’m almost positive I ordered the passive mount. So I went to check the emailed receipt to verify. There is nothing on the emailed receipt from duncan showing that I ordered passive mount—not even a sku.

I responded to the email with my reciept but wasn’t sure if I should contact anyone else. Thanks!

They are normally passive mount unless the invoice says 'Retribution Active Mount'.
