Just put it in a box, address it, and take it to the Post Office. They'll have a little green form for you to fill out. Takes 3 minutes.

OTOH, shipping a pickup from Hawaii to the UK does seem kinda silly.

UK shipping is as easy as say Canada. Like Rich said, just one more form at the post office.

I do my USPS label online, and it prints the customs form already filled out.
