I put a deposit down to secure one of the johnny Ramone guitars coming out next month. On my receipt it said I had until August 24th 2023 and I sent them an email asking if I could pay it down each week or if they wanted to take the whole amount at once . I didn't know since this is my first experience with Eastwood guitars. Someone got back to me pretty quickly and let me know that the guitars would be coming in early probably in the next week or two. I explained that I was under the impression that I had until August 24th to pay it off because that's what is printed on my receipt. They got right back to me and said that he could either charge the whole amount on the 24th as was originally planned or they could put me on a five week payment plan and that they would go ahead and ship me the guitar when it comes in even if it's not completely Paid off yet. I thought that was really cool. They were very clear and helpful in their communications and we're willing to work with me on the financing and even send me the guitar before it was paid off.(and I'm a first time customer for them) Just wanted to let you guys know that if your thinking about trying out an Eastwood guitar that there customer service is top notch I wouldn't anticipate having any problems should you need to return something.
