Egnater Tweaker 15 volume fluctuation

I've got an Egnater 15 combo I really enjoy, and it's started having significant volume fluctuations; I'll get it set up at one volume, and it will either increase in volume about two-fold or decrease in volume the same way.

Would that indicate new tubes are in order? Bought this used several years ago, so they could well be pretty old....

That would be my guess.

That is definitely my guess also. As I have told others, if you have an old-school TV or stereo repair shop in the area you should be able to test the tubes there.
