I heard of this amp before but I just saw Chapman's review and man it does sound great. So I'm wondering would it be good for doom/stoner? Ignore it's 15W or 20W, it's going into Torpedo Live. I originally had my eyes on Orange OR15 but that one has that distinctive Orange sound which is great but Egnater seems so much more versatile and pedal friendly. So what do you think...will it Doooooom?

No, it's got a much more upbeat outlook on tone. Focus your attention on a Tiny Terror or OR15. The Tiny Terror is like Black Sabbath in a box, and those 3 knobs are extremely versatile.....it's actually surprising.

I don't like Tweakers or Rebels. Not enough lowend, trying too hard to be three different amps instead of one good amp. You want an OR15, a Jet City JCA20, or a vintage Bassman, YBA-1 or Univox.

I have an 18w Tweaker head, and if I want a lot of low end out of it, I have to put an EQ pedal in the FX loop. My understanding is that the 40w version does not have this issue.
