So I posted a few weeks ago that I put an EJ Special in the neck of my Les Paul...and it had a nice, balanced tone that I liked. After playing for a few weeks, it just hit me what I like so much about this pickup: my guitar sounds almost semi-hollow now! I'm not sure how they do that, but it's awesome! Maybe not your thing if your're into "doom metal," but it's right up my alley. I'm really digging this thing.

It is a Dimarzio pickup that is supposed to sound like a Gretsch pickup. Sounds like it succeeds according to blackflag.
