El Diablo VS Nokie Edwards?

They both look the same, both use A-2 magnets, whats the difference between the two? Anyone played either of them?

I've only used the El Diablo. High output with a very even frequency response. I'm pretty sure that in the El Diablo the blades are the magnets. Most other blade pickups (not sure about the Nokie) have steel blades with a magnet underneath.

Yeah can't speak to the Nokie but the El Diablo is pretty tight when pushed really hard and warm when cleaned up.

Sounds like a killer pickup for sure. Wonder about the Nokie though...

Diablos are great, I've had a couple, still have the original Duncan Iommi version. My post-rock guitarist friend has one of mine now and he loves it too. No experience with the Nokie.

You sure you don't want to trade/sell that Iron Man? I got a white Distortion, some custom Manlius full range (21-28K) models, an Invader with a row of bolts and a row of dimarzio hex heads....plus cash...
