electric mistress deluxe reissue

i would like to know if the current EH electric mistress deluxe (the reissue one) comes stock with true bypass??????

i don't think that the reissue has true bypass, but i'm 100% sure. It is a great pedal, despite it's size, and by far my favorite flanger.
