Hi, do any of you guys happen to have an older, as in early 2000's H series LTD? Long story short, a guy I work with approached me looking for a decent axe for his son for a christmas present. He's looking to spend about $200 and wants to get him something decent as in better than his starter guitar because he's showing a real interest and talent. I told him I had something that would fit the bill and I'd have it ready for him before Christmas. What he doesn't know is that I'm just going to give it to him with hopes that his son really digs it. The guitar is an esp/ltd h-302 that's been sitting in my closet for at least 5 years, I would have killed for something like it when I was his son's age but I'm older have worked my butt off and am lucky enough to have way more guitars than chops. Anyway I yanked the pickups out of it years ago and although I made notes they don't add up right now. I'm a pretty techy guy, I spend a lot of time working on amps and given the time I'm sure I could figure this odd ball switch out. Unfortunately I'm down to the wire and time is at a premium with work/holidays and all that good stuff. Would any of you guys be able to post a wiring shot of an ltd with 2 humbuckers and a 5way blade switch? Anyone familiar with the switch that esp used in these? Again it's a ltd h-302 circa 2001/2002 or so with a duncan designed h-102 set. If anyone could help I'd surely appreciate it. The guy I work with is raising 3 kids as a single father on a small income and I'd really like to help him out and make his son's christmas extra cool. Thanks.
