Emg 60/emg 60a Neck?!?!!

whats the tonal differences between these two models in the neck?!
i´m willing to get a 81/60A neck for my new Ibanez Prestige S1220WNF
Hows the output , middles, highs and bass(tight,medium tight, or loose ?) on those 2 pickups in the neck!?

Also... if i decide to go Seymour duncan with this guitar, i´ll downtune it to B.
and use it for carcass stuff. ahahahah
do you think a JB/JAZZ will do the job ?
Also, whats the difference between a moded jb with a standard ceramic mag, to a jb with the larger ceramic mag(duncan distortion )?!?!?!

I have the regular EMG 60....I love it. My favorite neck pickup ever because it does so many things so well and is still warm yet very clear and articulate.

If there was a passive equivalent of this pickup I'd buy one for every guitar I own...that's how much I like it.

Can't compare it to teh 60A though...never tried that one.
