A friend brought me his LTD EC 1000 with EMG's to see if I could fix the non working bridge pickup. I don't know much about EMG's at all but did manage to check for voltage and it's there at the plug. Just not getting anything out of the bridge pickup. Neck pickup works fine. Are the pickups themselves prone to failure or should I be looking at something else? All the wiring and solder joints look like they're brand new from the factory.
