I need your help modding my fireball 100 send return loop to be serial only, here is what ENGL support sent me and here are the real pics for the amp board, can any one help?

so, what's the purpose of the balance knob in the fx loop?

Serial to parallel balance, but totally wet is not 100 percent serial, there is a 5% dry signal. so i need it completely serial.
