Epi Les Paul / SG Duncan questions

I have an Epiphone Les Paul Plus Top and a Epiphone SG 400. I have the following pickups.

-JB (bridge)
-59
-Distortion (DDJ)
-George Lynch

Any suggestions on which guitar and what positions to install these?
